Suspension Chest Stretch (1/2)

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start in standing and facing away from the anchor point and with your arms straight hold both handles in front of you. Lean slightly forwards, until your arms are approximately at shoulder level (palms downwards).

Take a long step forward with one leg and bring arms to an overhead position...

Keep your ribs down and bring the arms down and back up from the sides. Feel the stretch in your chest.
