Suspension Forward Lunge with Hip Flexor Stretch

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start in standing and facing away from the anchor point and with your arms straight hold both handles in front of you. Lean slightly forwards, until your arms are approximately at shoulder level (palms downwards).

Take a long step forwards and lift both arms to an overhead position. Keep your ribs down and feel a stretch in your front thigh and hip of the rear leg. Take a step back to starting position and repeat to the other side.

Required equipment: Suspension straps
