Suspension Leg Curls

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately knee height.

Start by lying on your back with legs directly underneath the straps, legs straight and heels in foot cradles. Lift your buttocks and straighten your hips.

Keep your hips high and draw your heels towards your buttocks. Feel your buttock and Hamstring muscles working. Return to starting position with control.
