Suspension OHS

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start in standing and facing towards the anchor point and hold both handles with your arms straight and in an overhead position. Slightly press your hands backwards to tighten the straps, while keeping your ribs down/without letting your ribs flare up.

Keep your arm in overhead position and strap tight. Squat down and make sure your toes, knees and hips stay aligned. Feel your upper back and leg muscles working. Push back up to starting position.
