Secure suspension straps high in front of you.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold one handle in each hand.
Position yourself under the straps, then lean backwards so that your body is in a straight line and arms are straight and palms facing down.
Keep your body in a straight line as you pull your elbows back and body back towards the upright position.
When your hands reach your sides, with your thumbs on top, slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
