Adjust the handles of the suspension straps to approximately waist height in starting position.
Start in standing and facing away from the anchor point and with your arms straight hold both handles down by your hips.
Lean forwards, keeping your body in a straight line, moving your arms out to shoulder/head height (palms downwards).
Hold briefly and the return to the starting position, try to avoid bending your arms while returning.
Keep your trunk stable throughout the movement.
