Swiss ball inner thigh squeeze (Hip adduction strengthening, squeezing stability ball, supine feet standing)

Take the ball and lay down on your back.
Place the ball in between your knees and your calves.
Squeeze your inner thighs together, applying pressure to the ball.
And relax, squeeze, then relax.
