Table Supported Shoulder Rotation
Sit up straight on a chair with a table in front of you.
Rest your forearm on the table with your elbow in close to your body.
Keep your shoulder relaxed and lowered.
Your elbow should still throughout the movement, this is your pivot point on the table.
Gently rotate your hand in towards your abdomen and then away from your abdomen.
