Table top combination UL and LL

Lie on your back and bring your legs up to a table-top position.
Your hips and knees should be at a right angle and your arms should be at a right angle to your trunk.
Keep your trunk and legs still as you take your arms towards your head, slowly return to the start position and then repeat.
Next keep you arms still as you extend one leg down to the floor twice, whilst maintaining the table-top position with the other.
Bring this leg back up and repeat with the other leg twice.
Ensure you keep your core strong and back flattened to the floor throughout this exercise.
