Tall plank – Adaptive

Perform this exercise with your prosthetic on.
Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Push up to the top of a press-up position and distribute your weight equally through your arms and legs, with soft elbows.
Your shoulders, back, and hips should be in a straight line.
Hold this position for as long as prescribed.
In a controlled manner return to the start position.
