Tandem standing bouncing a ball against the floor (Balance, tandem stance, bouncing ball to floor)

Stand up straight with one foot in front of the other, holding a ball in your hands.
The toes of your back foot should just touch the heel of your front foot, or as close as possible.
Bounce the ball onto the floor, hard enough so it should bounce back to you.
If this is difficult to do with both arms, then use your strongest arm.
Try to keep your posture upright throughout this exercise.
