Tandem walk forwards with arms folded - head turns side-to-side - every 2 steps

Stand near a wall in case a support is required.
Fold your arms across your chest.
Walk forwards, placing one foot in front of the other, so that the heel touches the toes of your other foot.
Turn your head and gaze to the right as you take 2 steps forwards.
Then turn your head and gaze to the left for your next 2 steps forwards.
Continue this pattern of walking in tandem with head turn to the left for 2 steps and then head turn to the right for 2 steps.
