Tandem Walking Forwards with Support

Stand beside the kitchen counter and take light support with one hand, if needed.
Walk forwards alongside the counter by placing one foot straight in front of the other, heel in contact with the toes of the other foot.
Keep your head high and look straight ahead.
If you need more of a challenge, you can look to the left and right in turn while walking.
