The knack pelvic floor technique - preventative ("Knack technique" Pelvic floor activation, - preventative)
This preventative exercise can be completed in a sitting, standing or lying position.
Whenever you feel you are about to cough, laugh or sneeze, tighten your pelvic floor by imagining you are holding in urine and wind at the same time.
Release your pelvic floor muscles afterwards.
