Therabar exercise shoulder abduction (Shoulder abduction strengthening with Therabar, in sitting; 01)

Start in a seated position.
Grasp the therabar on each end with the palms facing towards the ceiling.
Bring your elbows together, then fold the therabar together as you raise your elbows up to shoulder height.
Do not raise your elbows above your shoulders.
