Therabar wrist flexion/extension (Wrist flexion/extension strengthening, with Therabar, horizontal)
Start in a seated position.
Grab the Therabar with both hands and hold your arms in front of you.
Flex one wrist while simultaneously extending the opposite wrist.
Keep your elbows straight at all times.
Repeat this twisting motion.
