Thomas hip flexor stretch (Iliopsoas stretch, over edge to side, supine; 03)
Lie on your back close to the edge of the bed.
The leg to be stretch must be nearest the edge of the bed.
Hug your other knee in to your chest, and let the symptomatic leg fall off the edge of the bed.
Let it hang there while you feel the stretch in the front of the hip.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
