Thoracic Extension (TRX)

Anchor suspension straps (TRX) from overhead with the body sling attachment. Lower the sling so that it is a few inches off the ground (4-6"). Lay on your back with your upper back in the sling. Support your head with your hands, as you lower back into an arch. Sustain position to achieve extension through the back. Periodically curl up to neutral and repeat in order to mobilize the thoracic vertebrae.
