Sit on a ball with your arms in one of the following positions.
Position one: gently cross your arms so your finger tips point to the opposite shoulder.
Or
Position two: your hands placed at the bottom of your ribs with your finger tips nearly touching.
Make sure your arms are in a pain-free position and not up too high.
Keep your lower body stable with your core muscles engaged.
Turn your upper body from side to side allowing your head to follow the movement.
Your arms should stay in line with your breastbone as you turn from one side to the other.
Keep the movement smooth and controlled.
