Thoracic rotation on all fours with lower back locked - hand behind head

Start on your hands and knees.
Your hands should be under your shoulders and your hips over your knees.
Sit your buttocks back towards your heels, whilst keeping your hands on the floor.
Bring one hand behind your head.
This is your starting position.
Focus on turning from your upper back and chest and look as far towards the ceiling as you are able.
Then return to the starting position and repeat.
