Thoracic spine rotation/extension with resistance (Trunk rotation/extension strengthening, with band (mid), to side, half kneeling)
Kneel on one leg holding a resistance band at shoulder height.
The band should be attached to an anchor point level with your rear leg.
Moving through your upper back and shoulders, move your arms toward your front leg and then up towards the ceiling.
You will be moving in a diagonal pattern.
Make sure your lower back, hips and pelvis remain stable.
