Thoracic spine trigger pointing (Thoracic trigger point pin and stretch (ball), supine)

Thoracic spine trigger pointing (Thoracic trigger point pin and stretch (ball), supine)

Tape two balls, such as golf balls, together and place them on the floor under your mid to upper back.
Once you get that position on the spine, extended your arms above your head, and then crunch up onto the taped balls.
This will create some discomfort as you are putting pressure into the muscles on either side of your spine.
Hold this position on the tender points.
This helps release pressure and trigger points in the upper back.

Required equipment: Ball - small
