Throwing a ball from hand to hand (moving image habituation) in standing ("VRT habituation" Tossing ball between hands - progress speed and height, in standing; 01)
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold a ball in one hand and then throw it to the other hand.
Take some time between each throw to allow your symptoms to settle.
Try and build up how long you can tolerate this for.
Over time, try and reduce the time spent pausing between throws.
As you feel more confident, try throwing higher.
