Tightrope walking backwards (Balance, tandem walking backward, on thin line)
Stand up straight and place one foot in front of the other.
The heel of the front foot should be touching the toes of the back foot.
Place some tape on the floor or imagine you are standing on a thin line.
Start walking backwards along the line, ensuring the toes of the back foot touch the heel of the front foot with each step.
