Tilting a stick (on a stability ball) (Neutral spine stabilization, on stability ball, tilting arms with a stick)
Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor and a walking stick between both hands.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Lift both arms, holding the stick straight in front of you.
Tilt the stick to one side so that one hand moves upward whilst the other moves downwards.
Bring the stick back to the starting position before you tilt it in the opposite direction.
