TMJ isometric depression - level 2 ("TMJ" Temporomandibular joint depression strengthening isometric, fist under chin, sitting; 02)

Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your fist under your chin.
Try to open your jaw, resisting the movement by applying a gentle pressure upwards with your fist.
Hold this position.
