Toe raises with support (Tibialis anterior ) ("Toe raises" Tibialis anterior strengthening, standing near wall)

Stand up straight holding onto a supportive surface.
With your legs hips width apart and your knees straight, lift your toes and the balls of your feet up.
Hold this position, and then control the movement as you lower your feet back down to the floor.
