Torticollis active side flexion strengthening - aeroplane ('Torticollis' Cervical side bending AROM, held by adult)
Stand up straight holding your baby in both hands.
Tip your baby to the side they are tight on.
They will start to lift their head up in order to right themselves.
Make aeroplane noises to help encourage the movements.
You can do this at different speeds.
Required equipment: Assistant, Chair
