Towel Roll Trunk Challenge: Single Leg Chest Opener (JEMS)

Start: Lie with a rolled towel directly under your spine, supported from tailbone to head. Begin with your feet quite close together. Relax your spine, and feel that your pelvis is level. Raise both arms towards the ceiling. Maintaining this position, peel one foot off the floor. Lift the leg to 90 degrees at the hip.
Movement: With chest and pelvis facing the ceiling, open both arms out to the side.
