Transverse rotation control (TRC) Double Leg Lifts

Stand in chest deep water with arms down by your side and aquatic dumbbells or floats in each hand. Squat down until the water is at chin level.

Lift both feet up off the bottom of the pool. Hold and slowly lower back to the starting position.
