Transverse rotation control Leg Lifts with Noodle

Stand in chest deep water. Place your arms on top of a noodle and squat down until your shoulders are just under the surface of the water. Slide your shoulder blades down your back towards your pelvis. Lift both feet off the bottom of the pool, bending your hips to 90 degrees.

Slowly lower both feet towards the bottom of the pool. Touch the bottom lightly and slowly return to the starting position.

Do not allow the connection between your pelvis and shoulder blades to be lost i.e. your shoulders do not rise up towards your ears.
