Tricep dip in long sitting ("Triceps dips" Elbow extension strengthening, sitting legs straight)

Sit upright with your legs straight out in front of you and your weight propped through your arms.
Walk both hands back behind you.
Bend both elbows down.
Stop half way.
Push through your arms to sit yourself back upright.
Make a fist if it is too difficult to keep your hands flat.
