Triceps press on machine - version 2
Sit upright on a triceps press machine that has been adjusted properly.
Grab hold of both handles, allowing elbows to bend behind you.
Press your arms down against resistance until your arms are straight.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
