Trunk extension in sitting (stability ball) (Trunk extension strengthening, lifting ball overhead, sitting on table)
Sit upright on a firm surface or chair with your feet hip width apart.
Sit far enough back so that your thighs are supported on the surface.
Hold a stability ball in front of you so that it is resting on your knees.
Lift the stability ball above your head as you sit up tall and straighten your back.
Bring the stability ball back down in front of you to rest it back on your knees.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Ball - large, Adjustable plinth/bed, Chair
