Stand up straight holding the ends of a resistance band in each hand.
Place the middle of the band under both of your feet with your legs hips width apart.
Bend forward as you would do naturally, allowing your knees and hips to bend a little.
Gather the tension on the band in this position.
Keeping your arms straight, stand up, using the strength in your buttock and lower back muscles.
Control the movement as you bend forward again.
