Trunk extensions over stability ball (Thoracic extension stretch, arms overhead, supine on stability ball)

Sit straight up on a stability ball.
Walk your feet forwards and leaning your body backwards so the ball rolls up your back.
Keep moving forward until the ball is in the middle of your back.
Stretch your arms overhead and extend your body over the top of the stability ball.
Hold this position.
