Trunk rotation on a peanut ball - ball pass

Sit over a peanut ball with your legs either side and your feet flat on the floor.
Your helper for this exercise should kneel or stand on the floor behind you.
Hold a small ball in your hands.
Twist around to your right and pass the ball to your helper.
Then twist around to your left to take the ball from your helper.
Repeat the steps above.
Change direction and twist to your left to pass the ball to your helper.
Then twist to the right to take the ball back.
