Trunk rotations in crook over edge of bed (Lower trunk rotation/lateral hip stretch, crossover leg, over edge, supine)

Lie on your back near the edge of the bed.
Bend your knees, putting your feet up on the bed.
Place your arms by your side.
Drop both knees to the side, towards the edge of the bed.
Extend your top leg, allowing it to drop down over the side of the bed, letting gravity deepen the stretch down the body and the side of the hip.
Hold this position.
