Trunk side flexion on a stability ball (hand behind back)

Sit up straight on the stability ball.
Put both feet on the ground with your knees hip width apart.
Put one hand behind your head.
While tightening your abdominal muscles, bend your trunk to the opposite side of your raised arm.
Come back to the starting position then repeat.
