TRX hip flexor stretch (Iliopsoas stretch, stepping forward, with TRX, split stance)
Stand up straight holding the mid length TRX straps in each hand.
Take a large step forward on your non-stretching leg and let your elbows bend so that the handles are at chest height.
Take your hips forward with this stride, pushing them towards the front foot.
Do not worry if your back heel comes off the floor a little.
You should feel a stretch across the front of the hip on your trailing leg.
Hold this position.
