Stand up straight holding the mid length TRX straps in each hand.
Lean backwards off the straps, keeping your knees straight but not locked, and push your hips back behind you.
Drop your head down between your arms.
You should feel a stretch down your back.
To increase this, slightly bend one knee and rotate your body and arms away from this side, keeping your head between your arms.
You should feel a stretch in your trunk, buttocks and leg on the side you rotate towards.
Hold this position.
