TRX lateral lunge (Lunge, lateral, with TRX)

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart, arms extended in front holding the shortened TRX straps.
Keeping your arms straight, take a large step to one side, bending this knee as you lower your body in to a side lunge.
Push back up through this leg and repeat.
