TRX pec stretch (Pectoralis stretch, middle fiber, arms out to side with TRX, standing)
Stand up straight holding the mid length TRX straps in each hand.
Bring your arms out to the side and take a step forwards on one leg.
Take your hips forwards with the step and open your chest up.
Your arms will be taken back a little as you do this movement, creating a stretch across your chest.
Hold this position, ensuring you do not hunch your shoulders.
