TRX reverse mountain climber ("Mountain climbers, reverse" Core/total body strengthening, with TRX)

Lie on your back and place your heels into the lengthened TRX straps.
Place your arms on the floor and lift your hips up until you have a straight line from your head to your feet.
Keeping your abdominal and buttock muscles tight, bring one knee in towards your chest.
As you straighten this leg, simultaneously bring the other knee in towards your chest in a jogging motion.
Continue this fluid sequence.
Ensure you do not allow your back or hips to sag throughout this movement.
