TRX single arm lat stretch (TRX single arm latissimus dorsi stretch; 01)

Stand up straight holding the mid length TRX straps in one hand.
Lean backwards off the straps, keeping your knees straight but not locked, and push your hips back behind you.
Bend the knee on the same side as the gripping hand, and rotate your body away from this side, turning your head with it.
You should feel a stretch in your trunk.
Hold this position.
