TRX Single Leg Balance

Standing on 1 leg, lower the sling so that it reaches down to half the lower leg. Then thread the sling on the lower leg. Then let the leg with the sling slide backwards and also allow the body to follow along. Go back as far as you can with control and then retreat. It is important that the upper body is straight throughout the exercise.
