TRX standing fall out (TRX standing fallout; 01)

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Grasp the handles in each hand and take a step backwards.
Maintain a straight line from your head to your feet throughout this movement.
Pivoting from your toes, fall forwards in a controlled manner whilst reaching your arms up overhead.
Your palms should face forward.
Aim to achieve a straight line through your arms and your body.
Return to the starting position by pushing down through your arms.
