Stand up straight with both hands on the frame.
Walk forwards, pushing the frame in front of you in a continuous manner.
Stop and stand still.
Turn the frame slightly to one side.
Put the frame down, then step around so that your body is centred in the frame again.
Repeat this sequence by turning the frame, putting it down, and then stepping to centre yourself.
Continue until you have turned 180 degrees.
Walk back to the starting position.
