Two-part neck stretch (Upper trapezius to levator scapulae stretch, sitting)

Start in a seated position and hold onto the edge of the chair.
Place your hand behind your head and gently pull your ear towards your shoulder.
Hold this position.
Then angle your head to look down towards your knee and gently pull down with comfortable tension.
Hold this position.
