Two point kneeling hip extension (weaker side bias) - with arms ('ADL' Floor to stand transfer - kneeling/sitting to heel, weaker side, support)

Kneel on a mat with a stable surface in front of you around waist height.
Place your hands onto the surface.
Move your hips toward your weaker side so more weight is taken through your weaker knee.
Bend through your hips and knees to squat down so that your bottom touches, or almost touches, your heel on your weaker side.
Extend through your hips so that your body straightens back up to the central position.
Your shoulders, hips and knees should be alignment at the end of each repetition.

Required equipment: Mat, Adjustable plinth/bed
